Salary: Starts at $800 USD /month to $2500 USD + depending on experience. Base + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses included

Full time: 40-50 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand business needs and turn them into working automations using low code platforms
  • Build, test, and deploy automated workflows using visual tools like Make.com, Zapier, and similar platforms
  • Configure and customize Go High Level based on each client's specific needs, including pipelines, campaigns, forms, and internal workflows
  • Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues related to automations and the Go High Level platform when they come up
  • Run periodic system audits and monitor automation performance to make sure everything runs without errors
  • Provide hands-on training and support to end users, helping them get comfortable with automation tools and the Go High Level platform
  • Stay current with new features, integrations, and techniques in process automation and low code development

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Low Code Automation Specialist, Automation Engineer, or in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
  • Solid command of automation platforms: Make.com (formerly Integromat), Zapier, and Google Workspace
  • Deep knowledge of Go High Level and its customization options (snapshots, workflows, pipelines, SMS and email campaigns, internal API)
  • Familiarity with workflow automation concepts: triggers, filters, iterators, error handling, webhooks
  • Working understanding of basic software development principles: REST APIs, JSON, OAuth authentication, variable handling
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to break complex problems into logical steps
  • Clear written and spoken English to explain technical solutions to non technical clients
  • Ability to work independently on a remote schedule and also coordinate with the rest of the team

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other low code platforms: Airtable, Bubble, Retool, or n8n
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge for custom functions inside Make or Zapier
  • Experience building API integrations with popular CRMs (HubSpot, Close, Pipedrive)
  • Background working with marketing agencies or B2B sales teams

Compensation

  • Starting Hourly Salary: $5 to $7 USD / hour base
  • Automation Specialists receive bonuses tied to project delivery and client retention
  • Top performers can earn between $2000 and $5000 USD/month within the first 6 months
