  • Are these candidates fully vetted?
    Yes. All candidates go through a thorough screening process, including English communication assessments, skill verification, behavioral checks, and pre-screening interviews. We only introduce candidates that we’d feel confident hiring ourselves.
  • Do I pay you guys, and you guys pay the team member or do I pay the team member directly?

    We offer both options:

    • Remote Latinos Payroll: Utilize our certified system to get payments to your contractors—ideal for ease and compliance. No need to handle several currency changes, bank accounts, and platforms on every payroll date.
    • Direct Hire (freelance): You pay the candidate directly if you prefer more hands-on control.

    We’ll help you choose the best model based on your business setup.

  • How long does the process take for me to actually onboard this team member into my business?
    Typically 7-10 business days from kickoff to onboarding, depending on how quickly you move through interviews and selection. We move fast, but never rush quality.
  • What happens if, for some reason, they don't work out? Do you guys have a guarantee?
    Yes. We offer a replacement guarantee during the initial period. Each package has a different coverage timeframe, and we'll help you choose the best model based on your needs. If someone isn’t the right fit, we’ll restart the search at no extra cost.
  • Do you guys manage the team members or train them? Or do they work for me?
    They work directly for you. You manage and train them like any team member. That said, we provide support during onboarding and offer optional training resources or add-on services if you'd like extra help getting them ramped up.
  • Do you guys provide some sort of assistance or resources for me?
