    Absolutely. Each candidate goes through a multi-step vetting process, including English assessments, skill evaluations, culture fit screening, and REI software familiarity checks (e.g., Podio, REsimpli, CallTools).

  • How do payments work—do I pay Remote Latinos or the hire?

    We offer two models:

    • Payroll Service Model: We pay the hire and invoice you monthly—hands-off and compliant.
    • Direct Hire Model: You pay the talent directly via platforms like Wise or Payoneer. We provide onboarding support.

    Both models are secure and optimized for remote hiring.

  • What's the typical hiring timeline?

    Most clients hire within 7–10 business days. You'll start receiving qualified candidates in 3–4 days, assuming quick communication. We balance speed and quality throughout the process.

  • What if the candidate isn't the right fit?

    We include a replacement guarantee in every plan. If your hire isn't a match, we'll restart the process at no additional cost until we find the right fit.

  • Do you manage or train the virtual assistant?

    We don't manage or train daily tasks, but we provide clients with REI-specific SOPs, onboarding guides, and workflow templates. You'll handle day-to-day management, but with all the tools needed for success.

  • Do you offer post-hire support?

    Yes, we do. We continue to support you with onboarding checklists, job templates, and best practices. Our Client Success Team is available for replacement help or any hiring-related guidance.

  • Will the hire integrate with my tools and systems?

    Yes. We screen for candidates who are already familiar with REI tools and CRMs like Podio, REsimpli, CallTools, Mojo Dialer, and more. This ensures faster onboarding and productivity.
