How long does the process take for me to actually onboard this team member into my business?
Typically 7-10 business days from kickoff to onboarding, depending on how quickly you move through interviews and selection. We move fast, but never rush quality.

What happens if, for some reason, they don't work out? Do you guys have a guarantee?
Yes. We offer a replacement guarantee during the initial period. Each package has a different coverage timeframe, and we'll help you choose the best model based on your needs. If someone isn’t the right fit, we’ll restart the search at no extra cost.
