After conducting the interviews, you are welcome to put these people through a certain skill test (you can also send a skill test before the interviews) and if they pass, it is time to hire! This whole process normally takes a week, at most 10 business days.
A full-time position is someone who will work between 30-40 hours per week. They focus on working in the business every single weekday. Weekends are off unless instructed on the interviews that this is a must, and the RTM agrees.
