Eli Venda runs Freedom Travel Systems, a company that helps entrepreneurs earning seven and eight figures get the most out of their travel through credit card points. His client success roles had always been staffed inside the United States, and that was working, but he wanted to see what he could do with talent from outside the country.
He had interviewed hundreds of people over the years and knew what a good fit looked like. Before committing, he split tested several staffing and recruiting agencies, some in the Philippines and other regions, and set out to compare them against vetted talent from Central and South America.
Eli was not fixing a broken process. He was testing whether he could get the same quality for less by hiring outside the United States.
Eli reached out to Omer and the team and gave Remote Latinos a shot against the other agencies he was testing. He described the experience as smooth from start to finish, with strong communication, clear expectations, and a platform that made the process easy.
The candidates were strong right away. On the first batch, several stood out as people he could see working for him, and someone who has interviewed hundreds of applicants trusted that read. Within a couple of weeks he made his first hire.
"Their entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The onboarding was so smooth, the communication from their team was amazing."
Eli made his first Remote Latinos hire within a couple of weeks and cut the cost of one of his higher end client success roles by about 50 percent. The new hire was just as qualified and just as skilled, and in Eli's words seemed even more hungry and motivated than the United States employees who had held the role before. He is now planning to source future roles the same way, including SDRs and executive administrative assistants.
A client success team member for Eli's travel company, a role he had previously staffed in the United States.
About 50 percent on the cost of one of his higher end client success roles, with equal quality.
He made his first hire within a couple of weeks of starting with Remote Latinos.
